I started this website as a way to share my thoughts on the technology driven revolution taking place in the banking, investment and payments industry, otherwise known as ‘fintech’. It’s changed the way we access and use financial services, bringing greater choice and power to consumers and small businesses alike. On a personal level, it has shaped my career, and I have had the dual privilege of working for some visionary fintech founders and entrepreneurs, as well as launching and exiting startups of my own.
Over time, my writing and professional interests have moved towards Web 3.0 and blockchain powered decentralisation. I’m particularly interested in where this technology collides with the social, economic and cultural shifts we see around us, as well as distilling and simplifying the space so that everyone can understand it, participate in it and generate economic freedom from it.
